Welcome to Swagbox, where you will find quirky and bespoke lampshades, cushions, velvet wall pictures and home decor. Many of our items are 'One of a Kind' creations, designed and expertly hand crafted by Shirley in her Leicestershire workshop.

Shirley's career history started in1986 with pattern drafting and making bridal and formal couture gowns. In 1992 her family transformed their kite flying hobby into a highly respected kite manufacturing and retail business. The success of that venture, saw the purchase their own retail premises in Hinckley town centre. Swagbox The Gift Shop was later established at these premises in 2009, and enjoyed 17 years of growth and diversity with their own unique creations.

They now work with private clients, and create a bespoke range of very affordable luxury home decor products. The unique Mad Hatter lampshades are 'One of a Kind' designs and expertly created in the workshop. Quirky costume animal designs are custom printed on to luxurious French velvet and transformed into stunning velvet wall art and cushions. Matching lampshades and cushions can be made in larger sizes. Hand painted and restored standard lamps and occasional tables are also available.​​​​​​​​​​
