This stunning old lamp base is a quality piece, which has been refurbished to a very high standard. Originally finished with a stained varnish, this solid piece has been saved from landfill and restored with a unique style of its own. The turned column and base were finely sanded and oiled to show off the lovely natural grain of the wood, and the recessess were hand painted in black to highlight the details.
 
Hand Painted Bird Shade £119.99
We paired this One of a Kind bird shade with the lamp as it is simply stunning and works so well together.  The shade has been hand painted with a matt, suede effect black paint, and then hand decorated with beautiful birds and blossoms. Each image has been applied separately and hand painted with gold. Images have also been added to the inside of the shade. There is only one shade available, and it is unique!
